By accessing and placing an order through FormingTap.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are HSSE thread forming taps manufactured to international standards (UNC/UNF, JIS, DIN). Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Minimum order quantity is 2 pieces per product.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are processed through our website and payment is accepted via PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Full payment is required before production begins.
4. Production and Shipping
Production lead time is approximately 14 days for small diameter taps and 18-20 days for large diameter taps. Shipping is via international courier with door-to-door tracking. Shipping costs are included in the product price for most destinations.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of precision cutting tools, we do not accept returns of used products. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
6. Warranty
Our forming taps are manufactured from premium HSSE steel and inspected before shipment. We guarantee products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
