Order Processing

Orders are confirmed after PayPal payment is received. Production lead time is approximately 14 days for small-diameter taps and 18–20 days for large-diameter taps.

Shipping Method

We ship worldwide via door-to-door international courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS or equivalent). Freight is included in our quoted prices for standard orders.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Transit time is typically 5–10 business days depending on destination.

Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide commercial invoices with accurate HS codes to facilitate clearance.
