Refund and Returns Policy

Quality Guarantee

Every forming tap is inspected before shipment. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the ordered specification, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

Return Window

Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery. Please include photos of the issue and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or non-standard specifications made to order
• Products that have been used, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed through the original PayPal payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
